Cluster project Silk Road Samarkand creates guest journey with Hoteza solutions

Uzbekistan touristic center Silk Road Samarkand which opened in August 2022 has chosen Hoteza solutions to create a well-rounded guest journey in their objects. Solutions include using the interactive IPTV system, High-Speed Internet Access and Web App along with original hotel operation process integration system integration that helps bring the necessary information and perks for the guests, helps generate additional revenue with Sales and Marketing modules and allows the staff efficiency.

Different concepts as well as categorizations meant that the project held different visions and goals for each of the properties, meaning the digital solutions had to differentiate in more than one way, allowing the communication to be adapted to different property while simultaneously remaining within the same project visually.

Silk Road Samarkand consists of eight hotels in total out of which there are two 5* properties, Samarkand Regency Amir Temur and Silk Road by Minyoun, and the other six properties, Savitsky Plaza, Lia! by Minyoun Stars of Ulugbek as well as Wellness Park Hotels Afrosiyob, Sogd, Bactria, and Turon, hold the Boutique hotel ranking with a sanatorium treatment. Each one of the eight properties has been using combination of Hoteza Pro and Lite features in Hoteza solutions, matching them to their own needs for information, communication and entertainment purposes. The coherency of the design was achieved through the cluster to allow guests to be able to easily notice differences between properties while aware of the similarities at the same time.

Interactive offered to the guest differentiate between properties, and range from the necessary informative functions on both IPTV and Web App through automated services such as Welcome Screen, Wake Up Call and Weather Forecast, through to the interactive services such as In-Room Dining, SPA and restaurant bookings and the ability to communicate with the hotel staff without touching the in-room phone. Guests are also welcome to use Hoteza in order to find out more about the hotel, destination and experiences offered to them, and the marketing team has the opportunity to create promotions based on their current offers, events or even the guest information using Hoteza Marketing Module.

“After a successful collaboration on Krasnaya Polyana Olympic project where we equipped a cluster of 10 hotels with their interactive TV solution, Hoteza has my choice for the Silk Road Samarkand,” said Sergey Voloshchenko, Regional IT Director for Silk Road Samarkand. “This time, however, we went a bit further and in addition to the IPTV solution, we entrusted the company to add their HSIA and Web App solutions to the guest journey in the project.”
