Before stay

Few days before the check-in day, the guest will recieve an customized email invitation to start the mobile check-in. By clicking the link, guests will be taken to a personalized webpage with a welcome screen with the offer to start the check-in process.
Guest details

Customized fieds where guests can provide their personal information e.g address, phone number, etc.
ID Verification

Guests can add their ID or Passport with a further OCR process. ID verification process with a real-time guest photo will match the provided ID and biometrical results of face matching.
Upsales

On this page, the guests can add additional services from the hotel to their order, for example: transfer, a bottle of champagne, in‑room breakfast, and many more.

Stay summary

On this page, the guest must put their signature and choose a payment method. The guest can also add a special request to his stay.
Payment

Hoteza Payment Gateway allows the guests to pay immediately using any payment card and method. It allows the hotel to hold the deposits and proceed recurring payments, save time and money on printing checks, and avoid payments dispute.
Mobile Key

To activate the Mobile Key, guests need to download the offered App. Inside the app, the guests need to authorize the credentials and pin code in order to activate the mobile key. On arrival, guests may proceed directly to their guest rooms and open the door with their smartphones.

Guests can see their charges on the App and make an express check-out if there are no credits or pay the amount first and then proceed to check-out.
