2013 — The Beginning & Hoteza Mobile
In May 2013, Nikolay and Alexey asked themselves: «How can we make the hotel experience simple and enjoyable?» That spark gave birth to Hoteza — a blend of hotel and easy. It all started with a vision of hospitality that works effortlessly. As a result, the very first product was launched — Hoteza Mobile. Guests could now connect with the hotel straight from their phones, enjoying services without extra steps or paperwork.

2014 — Hoteza TV & Hoteza HSIA
We introduced in-room entertainment and high-speed internet solutions, setting a new standard for guest connectivity. That same year, Hoteza made its international debut at HITEC Los Angeles.

2015 — Hoteza HotPad & HotSign
Launch of HotPad, the in-room tablet for guest services, and HotSign, our digital signage system — expanding the ecosystem of guest-facing solutions.

2020 — Hoteza Web App
The Hoteza Web App brought a contactless, no-download solution, giving guests instant access to hotel services right in their browser.

2021 — Hoteza Check-In
With the launch of Hoteza Check-In, hotels gained a seamless online check-in tool, bringing speed, convenience, and safety to the arrival experience.

2022 — Hoteza Mobile 2.0 & HSIA 2.0
A new generation of products. Hoteza Mobile received a fresh redesign, while HSIA 2.0 boosted speed and stability. Guests gained more freedom in how they connected with their stay.

2024 — Rebranding & the Hoteza Guest Journey
The company refreshed its identity and shifted focus to the full guest journey — before, during, and after the stay. Hoteza evolved from a set of products into a complete ecosystem designed around simplicity and clarity.

2025 — Guest Journey Platform & Award-Winning Moment
A major step forward: launch of Hoteza E-Sign, Hoteza Communication Hub, and Hoteza AI Concierge — creating a comprehensive platform uniting all guest interactions. That same year, Hoteza TV was recognized as the «Best Hospitality TV Solution» at the HotelTechAwards — a proud milestone celebrating years of innovation and dedication.
