- MessageBox Integration: Streamlined backend communication to reduce staff workload and response times.
Additionally, Media One collaborated with Hoteza to custom-develop an Amenity Request System, allowing guests to request water, pillows, towels, and more via TV or app, resulting in a dramatic reduction in operator calls.
Elevating F&B: Room Service Reinvented
Menu access and in-room dining were fully digitized and integrated into both TV and app platforms. Guests can now order with just a few clicks — no phone call required. Interestingly, TV became the preferred interface for F&B orders, especially among leisure travelers.
Innovation Highlight: AI Avatar Pilot
Media One piloted an AI-generated, multilingual welcome avatar, delivering personalized videos based on guest name, nationality, and language. Shared via QR code for VIP arrivals, the feature hints at a future of fully interactive, digital concierges on in-room TVs.
